We are not a crisis center. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please call 911 or visit your nearest emergency center.

Please note that we are a training clinic and may not be able to accommodate all therapy and assessment needs. This includes cases:

• where services are court-mandated or where an individual may require a higher level of mental health care or
• specialized treatment beyond the scope of our student clinicians (e.g., significant risk for suicide, substance use, psychosis, etc.).

Additionally, we do not conduct neuropsychological evaluations, autism evaluations, child custody evaluations, or expert witness assessments.

A clinic assistant will contact you within 48 hours to gather any additional information so that you may begin the intake process with our clinic.  Please note that you will be contacted via phone at the number you provided.

If you are unsure whether our clinic is the right fit for your needs, please feel free to complete the form, and we will assist you with determining if an external referral would be more appropriate.
